Our head chef Josh Nicholson (Rockpool Bar & Grill, Hero @ ACMI, Rick Stein at Bannisters, Albert St Food & Wine) has been in the kitchen for 20 years. With experience across every aspect of the kitchen he's happy to customise your event so it truly is unique. Being an independent venue means we can offer everything from canape/finger food service, grazing tables, all the way to a sit down, multi course meal to ensure you and your guests remember your event for years to come.
